I actually have the item in my mods folder but while searching the interwebbies for at least an hour now I can't remember where I got it from. It's called EZ2CIAMAPRINCESS Window Wall Shelf set "1 Tile" . It's found in both build as a window and buy as decor. I can't find anyone that's converted it or what, I can only find Ez2ciamaprincess sims 2 items, but this is for the sims 4 and there is no more info for it in the sims 4 Tray importer.
