Hi max20 , I think this is because there are too many bones that shouldn't be there. These are also in the Geometry resources in the Warehouse in the package, so you will need to get rid of them there too. To fix: 1. Re-clone (easier than removing the extra bones in the Warehouse) 2. Remove all vertex groups in Blender except the ones that your hair needs (I just assigned all to the head, but you may want the neck too). 3. Make sure all vertex weights still add up to 100% after removing excess bones. There is an option in Blender to normalize weights that should do this.
