kk123 go to Edit Mode (left bottom of the blender window, usually it's Object Mode), vertex selection (bottom right: there are three cubes, select the one on the left), press A

you need to close blender. try going to your task manager and searching for it.

mikkelwestphal Please open a new thread in the creator studio section for your issue. Also there is no picture at the link located in your last post. Make sure to share the .blend as well in your new thread so that we can have a look at it. EDIT : I just noticed you already created a thread for this, so please refrain from posting in this tutorial section about the issue. Thank you I will remove your 2 previous posts that are also in your other thread.

mikkelwestphal, many people are trying to get help. but you are going at it the wrong way. i understand that you want your problem solved but posting in a million different threads won't help you. it only aggravates us moderators who have to move your posts.

I've had many problems with this tutorial. If "nearest vertex" is only for identical meshes, then which one should we choose? what are each of them for? I'm trying to transfer weights from one dress to a brand new one I made from scratch, but nothing happens. Similarly, I've had problems where a mesh takes on weights, but all weights get assigned to every part of the mesh, so it deforms in game. I'm almost positive it has to do with the choosing a method thing.

Hi guys I have a big problem with every dress that I create using Blender & MD as shown in the photo, but this doesn't happen when I use S4CASTools but I cant use subdivision , for a great weight transfer when I use CASTools Can anybody help me please? My problem is that dress icon that has bugs but as you see the dress looks great on my sim's body.

nimsad82 have you tried to clear the thumbnail in S4S? Also, have you tested the dress in game with different poses/animations?

AleNikSimmer yep I just tried removing the icon in S4S but still not working , Also it works in other animations ... the only places that the dress looks like that is in the CAS icon and the gallery picture I dont really know what to do :( x_x

nimsad82 at this point I don't know :( I had hair that had this problem but in CAS and game looked fine, then after several trials with different animations I realized that the weight problem was in game too but not always visible. What I did to solve this was deleting all the weight groups in blender (not just removing the assigned weight on the group, but the group itself) and then re-transfer/assign them. I don't know why but some vertex were left out during the process the first time and this was causing the issue.

it's a weight problem. see if using a different reference mesh and using bledner 2.70 gives you any new results.
