hi, i have a lamp. Trying to vertex paint but it works only for a small part. Other parts cant be painted. Here is my package. I would really appreciate if someone can tell what is wrong with it. Thank you PACKAGE

Can you please share the .blend file you're working with? Also, i suggest you reading this thread that discusses a similar issue.

I'm not having any issues with it, so i'm thinking it might be something going on with your blender.

It is really weird. I reinstalled blender and tried doing it on 2.71 too but only can vertex paint some faces :/

Hi leo4sims, I downloaded the .blend and there are some areas of the mesh that can be a bit tricky to get at with vertex paint due to their proximity to other areas of the mesh. Is this what you are referring to? If not, could you post a picture showing which parts you aren't able to vertex paint? Also, Studio won't work with Blender 2.71. If you're going to try a different version of Blender it may be better to use Blender 2.76 because it will work with Studio the same as 2.70 does. Which OS do you have? The person in the other thread with this issue was using Win 10 and the problem was solved by using Blender 2.76 instead of Blender 2.70.
