How do I get my mesh to look the same on my UV map? I tried scaling but it seems I can only do one at a time and I want them the both size.

hi! i'm not sure if i'm understanding.. but you have to hover the UV screen, press A to select all then S to resize, X to lock on the x coordinate and move your mouse inwards to make it less wide. That should be the ratio you need to be working with.
As for the shadow plane.. that's a different group with a different uv map.
