i'll watch the tutorial in a moment. for the wings, this is where the texture is placed: I have textures for both the back of the wings and the front, and they look great in S4S and blender. I had had to scale them down because the mesh was appearing on the face of the sim, so I but it up there, which I assume is the hat area. does it matter whish category the wings are put in? BTW, I fixed the pak, so everything you said worked fabulously, I hope it works when I import it as well.

Umn, Each category has its specific space on the texture map, you don't place things aleatory. The category of the object should match the space texture you'll be using.

you don't happen to have a default body texture where each map area is labeled, do you? aside from the texture problem, my pak has shading problems: so obviously the pak's texture is going onto the hair, but ignoring that for now, I'm not sure why its shading is all blocky like that. I weighted the pak successfully though, so it moves with the sim. I was pretty proud of myself for not screwing THAT one up XD

I can't tell from the pictures, but i'd assume that your mesh needs some split edging.

okay, the wings are all fixed, so that worked. I did the split edging thing on the pak, but I don't think I did it right because the weird shadows didn't change. I THINK I know what I did wrong, but I have to play around with it a bit more. I watched that video tutorial, and I've been doing everything right according to it, so I'm not sure why the textures are weird on the NSFW project. it must be the placing on the map. I've seen other textures where the bottom right hand corner is being utilized for skirts, aprons, or other added details. so mine is lain out like this: so the black block is one texture, and the grey block is another. they are separate objects, but both UVs are on one map, so the textures are also on one image. the UVs for one object are properly placed on the black block, and the other object's are placed on the grey block. however, in S4S, the black block's texture is overlapping the grey one's. can this space of the map not be utilized this way?

If something is overriding something else then that means that the UVs are on the same space.

well, as you can see from the picture, they're not. I am absolutely 100% positive that the skirt's UVs are on the grey block, and the other object's UVs are on the black block. this is why I'm not understanding why it's not working. literally nothing is in the same space, unless that ENTIRE lower right hand area is considered the same space.

Please share the packages and blends from those two files. remember to write a warning next to it.

are the files you shared updated? if not please share both files again so that they can reflect the modifications you've done to them.
also I'm not sure what two objects you're talking about.

both of those should be updated. it's a frankenmesh, but that shouldn't matter in this situation.

Hey all, the rules regarding creator help questions about NSFW items can be found in the Creator Help FAQ. They state:
"If you require help with content you're working on that would raise the game rating above Teen, do not post that content in this forum. A link to it should instead be sent, via PM, to the tech lead or moderator helping you if they request it in the process of helping you. Do not use the forum PM system to send this content to any other member."
In this case @reitanna , the moderator helping you has told you she will not be looking at NSFW packages and asked you to avoid that project. There is no reason to continue asking about it. There is nothing different about an NSFW project anyway. Stick to learning the basics on something that isn't sensitive material and then apply that knowledge to whatever else you want later. Also, this thread is quite confusing. It started out with questions about wings, then it jumped to a pack, and is now about something different. Please keep each thread focused on one project.

After having read what OM said above, please share the links neatly on a post of the two blends (not nsfw) that you want someone to take a look at it.
