Ok, I had this happen in a recent issue myself.
You need to make sure the cut numbers of your mesh match the original item. You can find the cuts under the scene tab of blender. Look at the EA item and check the cut number for each mesh piece, and then make sure your mesh has the same number of pieces with the same cut numbers.

Your image is probably the wrong size.

This problem is caused for image size. They must be in powers of 2^n. This means 128x128, 256x256, 512x512, etc. Or a rectangle using those values. 256x512 for example. If your textures are any other size the game will not find them and will display the ? texture on them.
