I made a mesh with Marvelous Designer and Blender, I really need feedback on it. There is pointyness on it, but I think its because of the stretching of the garment. So please let me know your opinions too, and also lend me your help if you can. Right click on image pic and click open in new tab.

hi! Welcome to the forums!. That looks like it could be a weight or uv_1 issue. I would re do those 2 things. - Weight transfer. - UV_1 (morphs, see video at the bottom of the 1st post). To ensure a better transfer, please check this tutorial.

Would I have to redo the whole mesh again?

No, please follow the links shared above and follow the tutorial.
Unless your mesh looks like that in blender too.
If you need more help, please share the package and blend file.

Have you tested your item in game to know if it looks better or not?
I don't see anything weird on the blend, so it should be looking okay.
Also, you should delete the body parts that are hidden under the shirt. It is unnecessary geometry that will probably cause clippings.
