Hi. I have done in 3DsMax a new nude bottom part for males with a natural look. I have almost done all the work, the only thing I was need to do is export the lod from my project in Sims4Studio to blender and edit the UV1. After do that my model lost smoothness geting broken seams and normals, and I don't liked. How I can prevent this from happening in blender? I'm new with this software, So I don't know much about his characteristics. I don't have any other problem with this, I test the part in the game, the bones, the morphs and the textures are ok, is just that aspect of low quality who got after edit my mesh on blender. Also I did this with: - 3Ds Max: Edit model and the uv map.
- Photoshop: Make Textures.
- S4CasTool: For add bones and morph data (UV1map).
- Milkshape: For edit some bones.
- Sims4Studio: Add swatchs and export lods to blender.
- Blender: Edit UV1.

Blender has this annoying habit of breaking a well crafted 3ds Max mesh when it wants too, I don't do CAS but every now and again an object mesh from max goes fubar on me in blender. I dunno how much it has to do with blender itself or the difference in work flow between the two (I don't know enough about blender). This is how I export - I use FBX and these settings www.sims4studio.com/post/37The only difference I do is I untick the Preserve edge orientation, on objects it stops the mesh from triangulating for some reason, how this will affect CAS which are more smooth you would have to do by trial and error. (ignore the warning on saving when its unticked it don't seem to bother it) I also texture in max, its a 100 times easier. The broken seams - Try this first - in edit mode a to select all, ctrl v and remove doubles. As far as the other tools, apart from photoshop I have no idea

Hi. Thank you, but I'm importing a finish model form a package file and not a model from 3DsMax directly to Blender. If I use the FBX extention for import my model to blender I will need start from zero with the rigs. Is more easy do this with S4CasTool, the only thing wath I want do is import the mesh in blender without afect his look.
