Hello fellow simmers! A few days ago I tried to make a T-shirt. I converted from Marvelous Designer to Blender, and I followed the steps on the tutorials here on the forum. Everything turned out well until I went in game. I think it's a problem with the weight and I can't seem to get it right. I was wondering if anyone of you could take a look at it, and tell me what I'm doing wrong! I've uploaded the blender file right >>> here. (package file >>> here) Please note that this is the first time I've ever tried making CC!Thank you in advance! Stardust-sims

Hi stardust-sims, welcome to the forums. I have removed the picture from your post because Studio is a PG-13 site. Pictures of full frontal nudity with realistic Sim skins are not allowed here. I understand that you're just showing the issue you're having, could you just cover that up with a little fig leaf or something?

Could you share your .blend file please? So that we can find the issue.

Sorry for missing that :P I downloaded it and took a look, and I think it's a weight issue. If you select any of the verticies you can see that they only have the shoulder weight. You need to re-transfer your weights and make sure it works. If you did it in blender 2.78, try weight transferring in 2.70 and it's much more simpler. Also, have you transferred a UV1 map for your top? If you haven't, you need to otherwise weight sliders won't work.

I would re-transfer weights, but I don't really know how to. Should I re-do my uv too? Or can I use the blend file linked in the thread? <3

Or can I use the blend file linked in the thread? <3 Your uv_0 is fine (the UV used for mapping the texture out), however you need to transfer a UV1 for your mesh. You can find the instructions for that in this tutorial- it's on step 5 I think. This step requires the newest version of blender (2.78) For the weights, re-transfer them again and make sure you follow this tutorial carefully. At the bottom of that post, it has some details on how you can weight transfer properly on 2.78 but personally it's never worked for me, and transferring weights is just a lot simpler in an older version of blender like 2.70. I suggest if you don't use 2.70 already, then install it somewhere, and have it so that you can use it for transferring weights in the future. I'm pretty sure you're using the newest version of Blender. You're welcome to try the tips on how to weight transfer in the tutorial I linked above but there is a lot less margin for error in 2.70 Blender.

Sadly, I still can't seem to figure it out. Can someone take a look at it once again? It'll be really appreciated <3

have you followed the suggestions jwofles wrote above? I highly suggest changing to 2.70, it's much easier and reliable for weight transfer. You still have to do uv_1 on the newer version.

I've had this same issue before and it was fixed by doing weight transfer in Blender 2.70 vs. a new version, so I recommend trying that.

I fixed the weight issue, but now you can still see a line at the top and a line at the bottom. How can I get rid of that? ImageThank you in advance!

You need to edit the shadow. Check this tutorial and this one.
