@pierae It seems that this .blend file is not the right one. I'm getting the Blender's default cube when I open it.

I'M SO SORRY @pierae for missing your reply, hopefully you'll see this. Anyway, to fix it, you have to change your view to solid, or press 'Z' twice. Also, make sure you're in object mode, and it should show normally. Very nice! Anyway, if you can't get it fixed on your own, here's a download of what I did - simfileshare.net/download/292082/

jwofles, i tried that. but after doing that, everything is solid. meaning if i import the s4s nude mesh, that also has no texture. which makes it harder to figure out what to delete on the nude mesh. then i can keep everything as a texture and make the shirt itself solid, but once i merge the nude mesh and shirt mesh together, it turns it all solid again.. i mean i can do it the way i just said, i'd just rather be able to see its texture. i guess it can't be helped

Have you tried the material view (you can enable it on this menu) - (ignore the fact that solid is highlighted)

Try this - simfileshare.net/download/299715/, I just deleted the material of the mesh in blender and created a new one, it should be grey? Hopefully it looks different when you append the nude mesh? not sure.

eliavah wow, this is super cool. I must try it! Also wondering if there is a similar way to do this in Blender. Will keep searching.
