I see where to add the slots in the studio, but what I dont see is how to know where those slots are going to appear in game. it shows coordinates but all are 0.0 etc. lets say I am working on a bed and want a sim to sit at the foot of the bed, so I can add a slot but I have no idea where it actually is on the mesh. please someone explain to me. I want to try and animate an object any object really just to figure it out before moving on to something more difficult like a horse that a sim would have to ride. the one thing I miss about sims 2 is all of beck's wonderful custom animated farm animals.

what about slots for where you want your sims to stand in the object? for example the bed meshes have extra floor space I was thinking of adding to it and starting some animations from further away. and what if I want my child to take a teddy bear to bed? is that a different type of slot? I believe the first would be a routing slot or maybe target slot, not sure about the second as wouldn't it be a prop (debug) type item? I found where someone mentioned routing slots, container slots and target slots. but no one I have found says what a cone slot is. just curious what it all means and what the differences in slots types are. after all I wouldn't want to set a decorative cup on the floor near the bed where I want the sims to stand.
