Hi simsoree I'm guessing that the rig was deleted or perhaps the mesh was rotated. Could you upload the package so we can take a look? Did you make/alter the mesh or is it a recolor?

I checked your .package, and from the .blend I can see that you haven't transferred a weight paint or a UV1 for your top. This tutorial here covers both of those, you may need to scroll a bit though to find the steps. Weight paint assigns the vertexes to bones, so that the top is rigged properly and moves with the sim (and doesn't float like in your picture), and the UV1 lets weight sliders morph/stretch the top.

If you're using 2.78 to transfer weights, I strongly suggest you try installing Blender 2.70 to transfer weights instead as 2.78 changed slightly how weights are transferred. If you really don't want to use 2.70 (which most creators use for weight transfer), there are some steps here at the bottom on how to use 2.78 for weight transfer however, for me these steps have never worked.. but idk.
