hi! I'm not really sure what problem are you pointing at. The bake looks fine, because you're baking both body and your mesh. If you want only the bake of your mesh then you'll need to separate both things into two groups. Select your clothing in edit mode and then press P /selection to separate into another mesh group.
As for overlapping.. i'm not really sure how it will look in s4s / game since your mapping is really close to the visible areas of the skin.

I've done what you say but it is the result. As you see bake looks fine but when upload it shows like that. What's the problem ? There is .package if you wanna check.

that's what I mentioned in my previous post. if you select all the mesh (body and clothing) and head over to the uv_0 you'll see parts overlapping and you can't have that. you need to reduce the size of the clothing uv to fix that.

hi! You mustn't move the sim's body parts' uv. never. You move the clothing's uv only.
