wingly I am not sure what are you asking about. You shared the file with completely different texture, neither the same as in blender or on small preview that you showed.

You shared a package not the blend... That texture being there doesn't affect your package anyway..

wingly I Managed to make it more visible but it only shows up in the 3D view and not on the map. When you remove the material and display as solid you notice that the object studio mesh 1 is of a darker grey than the rest. As if the vertices were already painted in dark grey in blender. Interesting problem ^^ EDIT : Well it comes from the skin texture : I just exported a random fullbody male outfit and I don't have this square on the skin texture. It seems the skin texture that you are using is a skin texture including a short therefore the bottom part of the shorts are probably this grey square. Just replace it with a normal skin texture or maybe reclone from a different mesh?.

I replaced the skin texture in the blender files. However, it didn't work. I can't remove the weird texture with the grey box from the blender or the .package file. This is either an issue with wishes or with the new update. I used the same base outfit since sims 4 came out.

replacing a texture in blender isn't going to update what happens in s4s. only the model gets updated. have you tried cloning something else instead as suggested?
also, have you tested the model in game? maybe the texture overlapping only happens in the preview.

It appears as skin texture in the game. I have tried other outfits with the same issues. This has to be an issue with s4s. Something must have been changed to cause this. I tried both robe and the male soccer outfit.

Your outfit requires an alpha element. Follow THIS tut.

I am not sure what you mean by alpha element. Do you mean alpha layer?

the parts that have alpha set up need to be on a separate group with a glass shader.it is explained on the tutorial that brujah linked.

The glass mesh is s4studio_mesh_1 and the rest of the mesh is _2 and _3. I am not sure how to separate the mesh in photoshop nor within s4s besides in blender.
