When I create new meshes, my baked textures are really small so it's hard to find pictures hd enough to overlay the baked texture. If I try to resize the picture, it loses its resolution because it's too small. I am tired of solid colors and would like to add floral prints and other pretty textures onto my meshes. Any tips or tricks to help with this?

I'd suggest making bigger uv map.

Thank you for replying so fast. How would I create a bigger UV map? Do you mean changing its size? I currently have it as 1024 x 2048. Or do you mean when I'm putting the UV's inside of the body UV (like ths >> imgur.com/23uT5q5 ) In that case, how would I make it bigger? I feel like it can't be helped because I can only put the uv inside the body, there's only a little room.

I meant to scale up you uv. It is possible but it requires a lot of editing on your mesh. - Delete as many as possible faces on the body that is not visible. This will make room for your uv.
- Delete unnecessary faces on your mesh, e.g. inside of the clothes, anything that's invisible.
- Scale down uv of the mesh that is not that important, e.g. bottom of the mesh. Scale up uv of the main mesh.

I'm sorry, I'm still confused. Could you elaborate more? (In reference to my image) If I scale up my UV, wouldn't it overlap the body's UV? Or can I put it somewhere else other than the inside of the body where I've cut?
Edit: Yes, I've already done those things. :( I've deleted what I could to make more room.

I just edited my previous post.

I don't think you've deleted enough body mesh from the image unless you're making a bra. But your uv doesn't look like a bra.

imgur.com/a/gNQjPI deleted all the invisible faces on the body mesh, as much as I could. :( I don't know what else to do other than try to scale the important parts up and the least important down but I feel like that still might not be very effective. And I use photoshop CS6 to edit textures.

I see. You're not using all the uv space you can use, where I marked with red circles. I'd suggest you re-arrange your uv. You might need to split some of the uv to fit all the space.

All I ever do is find seemless textures/patterns, resize them down then redefine the pattern and bucket fill it with photoshop

Ooooh okay, I didn't know you could put it in between the arms too. I will give it a try and see how it works out. Thank you!
