Because you have these uvs floating in the wrong spot in your mesh group s4studio_mesh_1.

I knew it had to be something like that causing the problem but the real problem is that I can't see the problem in blender, I can only see it in S4S, I'm using blender version 2.78 and sims 4 studio Harmony
The out of place uv won't show in blender when I select all of the mesh... I can't figure out why

I fixed it, it was actually my 3rd mesh, but it was the original ea mesh showing... I fixed it by saving the blender file from sims 4 studio and opening it in blender & editing it from there.

hi! The group mesh 1 and group mesh 3 from the blend you shared have the same cut numbers. That is why the blend wasn't replacing all original EA's meshes causing that piece to pop up. Re-exporting a mesh from makes the normals broken, so in case you ever come up with a similar issue, remember to check that the cut numbers match the original EA mesh.
