This error looks like that there is an unsupported character in the name of the file. It may be the first one. What is the name of the .blend file you are trying to import?

This is what makes me think that:

Hi jennacide115, the error message you are showing is one that would occur if you're trying to do something CAS-related (it refers to the Mannequin which is not used for object .packages). To fix counters, please run the batch fix for objects. The picture below shows the Windows version but the selection you need to make in Candy Apple has the same name:

Thank you so much! Is there another application I need to have on my mac in order to open the candle apple program? Because it is on my downloads and when I click open it keeps taking me back to the install process. Even though it says installation complete.

torijackson98. I'm sorry, once never owned or even touched a mac so I'm completely oblivious as to how things work there. S4S is the only program you need (and blender of you're going to mesh). I'm pretty sure you should install things in your applications.. not in your downloads. that's where it'll get installed and that's where you have to load the program.. not keep opening the installer.
