Hi, I'm trying to extract meshes from cc hairs to port into another game (disclaimer: any of the hairs I'm using I have permission from the creator/or it aligns with their terms of use for their mods.) but I can't seem to find any tutorials on how to do this? I'd really appreciate any help!

You need to place the hairs you want to extract the meshes from into the Sims 4 Studio Mods folder. This is found here in a default install> C:\Users\NAME\Documents\Sims 4 Studio\Mods.
Once your CC files are in there, start up Studio and choose Create 3D Mesh under the CAS tab. The hairs you want to get the meshes from should now show up in the clone list. To make them easier to find you can set the Content filter to Custom across the top of the screen.
