you have to check on all meshgroups. and you have extra uvs. you should only have one uv_0. also you have multiple and repeated meshgroups. you have to always export the original EA mesh from the item you cloned and compare if you have the correct number of meshgroups with their respective cut numbers. please read this guide on how to properly import objects: sims4studio.com/thread/826/create-object-mesh-package-existing

hi! I'm not sure what video tutorials you've seen but you should look for beginner tutorials that explicitly say "beginner". pick what you want to create and then look for it. you can't jump into a dress tutorial. if you don't see the basics first.

everything that is on the warehouse is interconnected with each other. you can't delete a geometry without ruining something else at the same time. to avoid any errors it is best to do things like EA does or you might risk breaking your package in a future update. there's not much to be said about it. you've been suggested twice already what you should do, so please follow those suggestions.
if you're working with multiple cuts, then stick to those multiple cuts. if not, clone a 1 cut item to match your edit.

I'm on mobile, but I'm assuming you haven't edited the texture. you need to batch the modifications you've done. export it, and edit main and alpha channel.

have you done a smooth transfer for both uv_1 and weights? check this guide: sims4studio.com/thread/13309/smooth-weight-transferI suggest using imgur.com to upload and share your images. you can also open the full images, right click then and copy "direct link". then use the image button on the menu and paste that link.

hi! the program is telling you exactly what the issue is. you should head over to the data tab and delete all the bones individually.

you should NEVER opt to delete anything from the warehouse. if you've joined everything into one meshgroup then clone a different male outfit that has once meshgroup you start with. and yes, you need to re do both weight transfer and uv_1. weight: sims4studio.com/thread/81/weight-transfer-blender. uv_1: EDIT: you wrote at the same time while I was replying >.<. you have to delete the package swatch and let the game re create it on CAS. still what I've written applies.

Hi! The blend you just share looks like the same from your first post. I see that you've disabled all elements from the rig mesh group, but the camera icons are still white. You have to disable all of those too. From the picture i shared on my last reply, in order: eyes, arrows, cameras. You have to click on each of them to disable all elements from the baking.
As for the color of the bake, i check "normalize" before pressing the bake button.
About your package issue. Not all items you clone will have the same amount of meshgroups (with their respective cut numbers). Some outfits have one, some have 3 meshgroups. You MUST export the original EA mesh to check that both blends have the same amount of matching mesh groups and cuts so that all meshgroups can be updated evenly. If the original clone has 5 meshgroups, you can't simply joined everything and import it like that. You have to import the same amount. If you've joined everything, then you need to clone a mesh that has only 1 cut. I suggest cloning the lingeriecorset outfit that has 1 cut only.
