In some EA meshes the number of groups of LOD0, 1, 2 and 3 vary and because of this some edit needs to be done. You need to group where needed and re set the cut numbers manually for each LOD corresponding of how EA did it. If you're lost just export the EA LODs of your reference mesh and see where they did the changes. Okay I will try what you said

Some necklaces have just one group in lower lods, and it can have different cut number than necklace mesh in lod 0, so you can't simply decimate LOD0 and save it as LOD1 and so on, you will need to match cut number to EA's lower lods. Export EA's LOD1 and check cut number. Thank You I'll try again to make sure I've done everything right

So I was trying to make a necklace but when it came time to import it into Studio LOD 1 and 2 won't import. LOD 0 and 3 worked fine but I can't get 1 and 2 no matter what I try. I think the cut numbers are correct I really don't know where I went wrong. Maybe my computer is just stupid. I need help. Any help would be appreciated Blend file and package file: Here

Hi! CAS Accessories and buy objects don't work the same. In CAS, for an object to have transparency the geometry has to have a glass shader. I suggest cloning a pair of glasses since those already have a glass shader group and a regular solid group, export its mesh and check that your mesh has the same mesh groups (with their respective cut numbers) as the original. Then you can change categories to other that you think it's more appropriate for your accessory. Thank You so much I will try that

I made this as an object at first and it worked fine but now that I'm trying to make it a accessory, the transparent parts are just showing this color. Everything that doesn't have a transparency is fine I'm sure I uv mapped it correctly but I have no idea what went wrong Help.

hi! please check that the resolutions of the textures have the correct size. they must be multiple of 2: 256x256, 512x512 and so on. Thank You so much it worked!!!!!!

Hi everyone I need help. Can anyone figure out what's wrong with my mesh???? It has all LOD but for some reason when I move the camera the picture changes directions sort of like those baseballs cards. Is it a texture problem??? I really don't know what to do

This is probable a normals issue. You can try spliting edges, either with the Blenders modifier for it or by hand selecting the edges, pressing Ctrl+E and choosing Edge Split. If you're not sure what I'm talking about check THIS thread. It might help you. If you're still lost you can post the .package and .blend file and someone can take a look at it! hi! You can find the object (that appears on the hand of the sim during that queue action) on the build/buy menu by clicking the "debug" option and looking for it with the search bar. You can pick the " selective clone" option while cloning and pick all the options but "renumber" to make an override of it. If you don't want unnecessary items in the package, just select "texture" from all the options. Thank you thank you for replying I'll try it Edit: Found it!!

Without the pkg it is hard to say, but did you add a Glass for Objects Translucent to your LODs? I don't think I did. Maybe that's the problem. Would that make the entire mesh translucent?

Hi mochachiiii, go to Object mode and select your main mesh and then save the .blend. If that doesn't allow you to import the mesh, please post your .blend. Here you do Blender
