hi! it's okay, there's no need or obligation to reply right away. "our" weight transfer isn't as perfect as what EA does on their own. specially when clothing is baggy or far away from the body. if by following the smooth transfer tutorial you still have the issue then there's no other option than doing it manually. I think that if you want things to look and behave well you have to invest the time on then. it'll get easier every time you do the same steps. I can assure you that. Thank you so much!! I was just wondering if there is any other tip cause I'm new to blender, I guess I have to try harder...!

Again, i need to see the blend that goes with the picture you shared. I can't guess what the problem might be without looking at it. I fixed them already so I don't have original blender file. But I made another clothes, and having a same problem like I expected. Here's the image and blender file. imgur.com/PI0uB91imgur.com/zg6f0xQThis the blender file link! www.dropbox.com/s/3kmrnsprs9meilp/lonertuckedin.blend?dl=0My problem is that clothes won't move with arms...! I know how to fix it but I want to know why does it happen randomly, cause some of my other clothes don't have this problem. Fixing weight is a bit too hard for me. I just wanna know if there is any tip or the right way weight transfer! Anyway Sorry for the late reply. I was too busy...

Have you followed both tutorials? Either way you'll need to follow the the first link to fix the issue. In which part exactly are you having troubles with? There's not really an easier way that i know. Also, the blend you shared isn't the item that is pictured in the screenshot... Would you mind sharing that one instead? Hi, Actually the item in the screenshot, I fixed it with the tutorial. But it was a bit unnatural. I guess I need to practice a lot. But what I wanted to ask was like the other item I uploaded, I'm constantly having a problem with arm pit mesh. It keeps making same problem. As you asked, I followed both tutorials!

Thank you. Actually, that tutorial is exactly the same thing I tried. But I find it a bit hard to make it smoothly. I'm looking for a way to transfer a bit more smoothly. Guess It's my luck then. Thank you for the help!

Hi, I'm making clothes with marvelous designer, and converted it with blender. I followed every step with the tutorial uploaded here! And it worked well so far. But then lately I'm having wired problem. I'm not sure if I uploaded the image well. The problem is, meshes around armpit? those things never move. It looks fine with blender and s4studio, but in game, when sim is walking around, meshes around armpit is fixed so it looks ugly. I tried to fix this with blender, with weight painting, so I made it a bit better, but there are still ugly glitches like some vertices are stuck into body or something. And it takes so much time, it makes me too tired. Did I do anything wrong when I transfer the weight? If I did something wrong, what did I do wrong?? www.dropbox.com/s/cnz8zc0wwda5jq3/skirt.blend?dl=0this is another mesh that I'm having trouble with. can some one plz help me fix this?

What do you mean by "deleted the shadow"? Can you please share the package that is having the issue. I mean I clicked 'Make Blank' and sharing the package might mean nothing cause this problem keeps happening with every package, even with EA's basic package file.

This issue has already been reported in the error report thread. When someone sends us a package and image that reliably cause the problem to occur, then the issue can be addressed. Until then, all I can tell you is that I am able to export/import all CAS images with no errors. This means that there is no way to figure this out without a package/image combo that causes the problem (I cannot get it to happen with my test projects). So it's not entirely sure, but maybe it's not my own problem, yeah? I tried with just simple EA mesh and deleted the shadow, and it went off again. I'm having this problem with recolored mesh / edited mesh / or all kinds of package files. T0T

Also : Does it happen with all your project or just this one? Your current project might simply be corrupted and you might simply have to re-create it. some projects work, some not.. It's kinda random, I think.

Hi..! I just downloaded newer version and it works great! Except that every time I try to edit my works' shadow/specular/Normal parts (except diffuse part, thank god), the program just stops... I think it happened after I exported wrong shadow file just once..? I mean it wasn't that bad... I tried to import dds 3..? kinda file, and after that I can't just never even click them...
Every time I click it, it goes off.. I really want to edit bump.. help me...!
And fyi, I didn't delete the old version, when I installed the newer one.
If it causes any problem, just let me know I'll try deleting and install it again!

hi! there's an specific extra step that you should be doing if you're using the latest blender version. that is pointed out on the weight transfer tutorial. I checked them all but couldn't find the exact answer. But then I was just messing with rigs and deleted them all. Suddenly I solved the problem. Still don't know what was the problem, but deleting rigs was a solution. Thanks for trying to help me though! Good day :D

I'm currently following www.sims4studio.com/thread/7044/finish-marvelous-designer-clothing-tutorial?page=2 this thread I did it fine and thought I made it... but then in game, the clothes imgur.com/a/D6wvxwere like this. I don't know how to make a link sorry why can't I use tag...? anyway I noticed it was the weight problem. But the problem is I don't know how to fix it.. I'm using blender 2.78 and 2.7 either just to transfer weight. I tried to fix it my self so I followed all the stages one by one and before I transfer the weight, in weight paint mode, I noticed that the left thumb part is not blue, it' green and yellowish. Is it the reason why my clothes gone bad??? imgur.com/a/CbiJuit's the weifht paint mode picture. 1drv.ms/f/s!AveA1yJ8pSDzgT2H3VGAGkSfkCSE this one drive site that you can download my blender file and 2 pictures I uploaded above. Hi I'm new to either marvelous designer and blender. I'm trying to make a new mesh and was following the tutorial.
I made a new mesh, opened blender 2.78 and loaded a sims nude mesh and imported my new mesh obj into blender. But the clothes are partly ruined when imported. When I watched the tutorial, clothed should be all white, not partly transparent. I don't know what I did wrong... I noticed that the parts that I mirror pasted parts are transparent, but don't know how to solve it. plz help me!
