I was wondering if the Outdoor Retreat walls are available in S4Studio? I tried looking for the vertical plank in the latest version (2.6.0.8.), and it seems it's not there. Other SP walls are there though, like Spa Day's tiles. Also, is it possible to make default replacement walls? The shininess of the Outdoor Retreat vertical plank walls really bothers me, so I wanted to make a matte replacement.

Apologies for adding to this thread yet again! I was just wondering how you can override the height for the design tool picker on an object without a template key? I tried to override the maximum height on another object I made, but it didn't stick (presumably since it doesn't have a template key). I tried editing the key, but the first line is greyed out and can't be edited.

One more little question (sorry!), how exactly do I change the cut number of the gift mesh (I renamed the gift box part of the mesh to s4studio_mesh_0 but I don't think that's it?). I deleted the shadow pane, renamed it and tried to import it as a shadow LOD but it didn't work (the grey balloon mesh remained). Also, in Blender, my mesh appears textured, not grey like the box in your screenshot? Not sure if I'm doing it right!
Thanks again for all your help <3

Brilliant, thank you! I will just use the mesh I made for everything, I noticed it was very low poly too (but wasn't aware you could just use the same mesh for the shadow meshes)

Ahh OM you're brilliant, thank you so much for explaining this is in detail! <3 The shadow LOD's are the shadow meshes, correct? I still have to replace those with an edited version (with the balloons removed), or is there a way to remove them completely? I will just use the balloon package now, so I won't have to worry about fixing the plant package's spec/bump files. I wonder what caused it though?

Hi! I just got back into creating after taking a little break, and I stumbled on a specular/bump map issue. I separated part of an old EA mesh (using Blender) to use as a deco object (a gift box which was attached to a bunch of balloons). I initially imported my new mesh into a cloned package of the original balloon mesh, which showed up fine in-game. There were two issues however, the original balloon package seems to cast a big intense shadow and retains the original 'object bounds' box, so the swatch list when recolouring floats way too high (both of these issues I don't know how to fix). That's why I decided to clone the small potted plant, and import my new mesh and textures there. For some reason I can't get the bow to look as it should though, and I suspect it's a problem with the bump/specular maps? It's easier to explain with this picture! On the first two the boxes look fine, they're matte with a shiny ribbon. On the cloned plant package the bow looks distorted. I've tried various specular/bump configurations, looked at specular tutorials, as well as the 'common problems' list for object creation, but I just can't figure it out :( I've uploaded the balloon package (with new mesh) and cloned plant package here. Oh and one more thing which might be important, I increased the texture size from 512x512 to 1024x1024 (so the patterns on the wrapping paper would be clearer), not sure if that could have something to do with it. Thanks for any help in advance!

I'm using the latest Joy version of S4Studio and I noticed that you only get one texture when you clone an item (it looks like it's the first texture), instead of all the texture it comes with in-game. Is it possible to still access the other textures or choose which one you get? I wanted to recolour the 3 candles that came with the new Spa pack, but when I clone the object it only give me the texture for the black candles - which is not very useful for recolouring purposes.
