Use blender 2.76 then. I am having the same issue and another plugin in 2.79. It is not fixable. You don't need to install 2.76, just download zip version and provide path in Studio settings.

This new design killed my eyes. I will definitely use Twistedmexi's mod. My eyes can't cope with these toxic colors.

You have uv_1 where uv map is placed in the middle. That's why you get distortion. You need to select entire uv map on uv_1, scaled it down to one dot (S and press 0) then open N-tab and enter 0 in X and Y coordinates, dot will be moved to the left corner in the bottom and this way it won't be affected by sliders.

Studio doesn't create sliders or new body shapes. It is impossible to create a preset in Studio. If you create presets with another program, refer to their tutorial and technical support forum.

Sorry, but this question has nothing to do with working in Studio. I bet there is a tutorial where you downloaded these actions. Refer to that tutorial for help.

It will be pixelated if you export in .dds. Never export in .dds. If you see an old map on warehouse tab after importing, save the file and reopen it in Studio, or close Studio and re-open it again. In rare occasions files may glitch, if you think that this is the case then just make a new file. I've created over a hundred of files, it has never ever happened to me, and spec.mask always looks crisp when exported as .png. You can't expect any quality from textures exported in .dds.

The latest version released in Andrew's thread is the a working version. Island Paradise didn't require any special update since mermaids use the same skeleton as regular sims. If your pose player is not working then you either didn't download both files, didn't unzip pose player or have duplicate pose player files. It is reported working by hundreds of players.
