I use Sims4Studio with my Mac and Parallels and its working just fine.
What you do is: -Right click your Sims 4 application on your Mac and show package contents -And then you'll travel to Resources folder and search for drive_c folder (if not a drive c folder it might be trans gaming folder if neither search through with next step) -then Program files folder and in there you should see The Sims 4 folder in which S4S uses to identify game files, copy that -With your Parallels open your program files on windows (I'm assuming you use Coherence so that your Mac and your windows partition is shared) -and create an Electronic Arts folder and then copy and past the sims 4 folder into that. Then open s4s through windows and select that as your sims folder
Do not remove it from your Mac just copy and paste. You may or may not get a notice from parallels about sharing and copying files if you haven't already enabled that feature just follow the prompt.
I had to do this back when I created for Sims 3 using TSRW it works.
