laracroftfan1, i literally had to go on this kid's tumblr and ask him what to do lol
anyway it's because apparently you have to use milkshape and the back faces have to be on top of the front faces before you merge them together. lol i don't think there's any other fix than using milkshape, which means in the end you're literally using a million programs to make hair. ehrlthelhtawt
after reading up the issue and experimenting myself, i figured out that it was a problem with the way my hair was built. it had quads instead of triangles. from what i understand, sims 4 converts any quad meshes to tris and that's why it looks all triangly. so changing it to triangles got rid of my problem
it's not at all a transparency issue.. however, i have followed your tutorial for when i do have transparency issues and it works like a charm
ok so this is getting annoying... blender keeps saying there is texture inside of my mesh when there is not.
and if you were to save that shirt now and import it into s4s, it would show that it has no texture inside. its just annoying because there is no texture, yet it says there is. like when i want to actually create a texture inside, it messes me up because then im like did i already make a texture inside or not
