I have seen the light! I am so sorry. I was so wrong to think that two tools should be credited when two tools are being used. Thank you for showing me the way.

The point is.... S4S requires Blender, and would not be of much use at all without it. Blender is distributed right along with the S4S on this site....So why would there be a problem with giving Blender just a little credit? I don't get that at all.

I wrote a detailed tutorial on how I personally make a UV map. (which is an alternative method of getting from step 25 to 41) For anyone having trouble with that. There are also some random Blender tips for new creators. I am not a professional....I am just sharing what I personally do to obtain playable results. ( orangemittens Please feel free to delete this post if you don't want me sending people off to another site.)

Arrgh... Haggy's Blond suggestion of the day. I didn't see this tutorial till after I used the original (much harder) slot making tutorial. It would be nice if there were a link from that one to this one for the future lost and hopeless like me. :P

I have three themes at the moment for dollhouses in my game. Boy themed dollhouses cloned to the castle featuring "Leaf" the MySims doll as the default doll, Gender neutral (nature) themed dollhouses cloned to the hospital, featuring the ATS4 twig dolls, and the victorian dollhouse for girls. I would really like to also have an Asian themed series featuring the soldier from the TS3 Terracotta Army. Is it possible to add a totally independent dollhouse to the game? Do you know of any tutorials to help with that?

I am *trying* :P to convert the TS2 Lucky Shrine. I have cloned it to the Whispering Wishing Well. In Blender I've hidden the face, plants, and water from the TS4 well inside of the little building. You cannot see the face at all in blender or in S4S, yet in game: He is still there! :S I have tried deleting the textures for the face, water and plants in the warehouse, thinking that it might render him invisible, but he is still there. Do you have any idea how to either hide or remove the face? I don't mind if the light that emanates from him remains, but I'd really like to be rid of the face. the file is * here*

Thank you so much for the help Orangemittens! They look so much better! I think these poor chairs have the Haggy curse! :P I don't know what is wrong with the flowers now. Naturally the transparency works in S4S but not in game! Neither the DDS or PNG format is working. I will see if my son can fix it for me.

Thank you so much for the tutorial! I really wanted to try this since I am off for Christmas, so I converted the Sims 2 Celebration Stuff chair and arch. :D Can you tell what is wrong with this chair tho??? :(... It looks fine in S4S: But in game: nightmares! D:
