This is a bug with Studio, and will be fixed in the upcoming version. Ooh, great news :D Guess I'll hold off until then!

So I'm trying to mess around with the vampire face details added in the Vampires game pack - namely, I wanted some subtler versions of the various wrinkles and cracks. I figured the best way to do it would be to add them as swatches to the original, but sometimes when I do that, it'll add the edited one as an extra swatch just fine, but it also overrides the original texture as well so they're both the subtler version. I can't find any rhyme or reason as to why it does this, and which ones the issue affects seems to constantly change between game loads.
Is there a way around this, or am I just gonna have to suck it up and use the standalone option? They work fine that way, but it bothers me having what are technically duplicates as a separate thumbnail...

I recoloured this ages ago and never got around to releasing it. In the time since then the original download link has gone down and the last post on sim4ny's blog was two years ago, so I’ve included the mesh with this recolour. I’ll take it down if sim4ny asks me to. - Mesh included
- Available for feminine-framed sims from Teen to Elder - the mesh is a bit glitchy on masc-frame sims so I disabled it for them
- 28 swatches with custom thumbnails and full colour tagging
- Enabled for Everyday and Party as well as being enabled for random

This blouse from the Vampires pack was really, really nice, but the weird mesh panels just absolutely ruined it for me! I sat down with Photoshop and made this edit. It… took a while. There are four versions of this - a coloured body with black and white trim (seen above on the left and right), and coloured trim with either black or white body (black version seen above in the center). Each version comes as its own package, but I’ve included a merged version with all four. - Requires the Vampires game pack
- Available for Teen-Elder females; will work on any other gender/frame combination
- Enabled for Party and Formal
- Custom thumbnails on first swatch of each package (sorry, I didn’t feel up to doing 114 of the things) with a label to identify them

The very first CC I made available in my Studio here was this ruffled dress from Romantic Garden Stuff, and I'm pleased to say that I've revamped it into my new palette. I made some improvements to the recolouring process, so it no longer looks like a sad pancake shading-wise. Ignore the part where both models are making identical poses: I was tired and lazy and when I realised, I didn't want to boot the game back up just to retake one shot. Alas, some of the bonus swatches were removed in favor of more duotone swatches, since I never really used the other ones personally. - Requires Romantic Garden Stuff!
- Available for teen-elder sims of any gender/frame combination
- 28 standard swatches + 4 bonus duotone swatches, all with custom thumbnails (first swatch only on male version)
- Enabled for Everyday, Party, and Formal, also enabled for random
- Does not replace the old version of this recolour, if you still have that one you should delete it

What? Toddlers? Yeah, they're here, and I already have CC up for them! Brought to you by the mad dash I went through to get these up on Tumblr before Critical Role started last night. (I made it - just.) - Requires the latest patch, because toddlers
- Available for sleep outfit for toddlers of either gender
- 28 swatches with full custom thumbnails and colour tagging

I really like this top that came with Get Together, and I actually recoloured it way back before I revamped my palette. I redid it to match the updated palette, and now it comes with both black and white strap options! - Requires Get Together!
- Teen-elder, should work for sims of all genders/frames but looks best on feminine-frame sims
- 2 versions with 28 swatches apiece and full custom thumbnails for female sims
- Enabled for Everyday, Party and for random

Sure, here it is. The mesh is barely modified from a basegame mesh, all I really did was tweak the mapping on the painting portion to better align it with the texture.

I'm trying to make some CC paintings, and I've realised that when looked at straight-on, the surface is really, really shiny. As in, it completely whites out most of the painting. Is there any way to lower the shine? There's no specular listed on the item, so I don't think editing that is an option....

I really like this set of underwear, but I couldn’t find any nice, vibrant recolours of it. So here we go. I might release striped versions in the same vein as the original, but I'm happy with the solid versions for now. - Available for Teen-Elder sims - the bra will work for both feminine and masculine frames, but the pants are only available for feminine-framed Sims.
- Enabled for Everyday, Party, Sleep, and Athletic, and also enabled for random.
- 28 solid swatches, with custom thumbnails and full colour categorisation
- Mesh required - get it here!

As much as I loved this dress mesh-wise, the pastel palette left something to be desired. That something is a recolour; here it is. - Available for teen-elder females, feminine frame only
- Enabled for Everyday, Party, and Formal
- Enabled for random
- 28 swatches with custom thumbnails
- Requires the original mesh to function - download it here!

One of the earliest pieces of CC I released was the Get Together sweater for men, destriped and recoloured. I decided to redo it in my new palette, since it's been a while and there's been a few changes since then. I even used the same model as the original, since I still had him saved! - Available for teens and up, masculine tagged but available to both frames.
YMMV on how good the feminine mesh looks, but it's there. - Enabled for random in the everyday, party and formal categories
- 28 swatches with full thumbnails for male sims and first swatch thumbnail for female sims
- Three packages: white shirt, black shirt, and a merged version that includes both. Don’t use the merged package with one of the singles!
- Does not replace the original files; if you used the previous version of this CC, delete those files and use this instead!
- Requires Get Together!

I changed up the palette a bit! Stripped out a couple colours that seemed too similar, jazzed up some others, and added a few new ones to help round out the selection. That means I’m now up to 28 swatches! …and I just realised I got the bottom two rows of the palette the wrong way around. Goddamnit. That’ll be fixed for the next time I upload something. - Available for teen-elder females only
- Enabled for everyday, formal and party
- Enabled for random
- Mesh required - download it here!
- 28 solid swatches + 5 bonus striped swatches
- Custom thumbnails

need warning save b4 exit/cancel. Agreed, a dialog box like "you have unsaved changes, are you sure you want to exit" would be nice - I've lost count of the number of times I've saved something and then exited and wondered if I'd really saved, as well as the number of times I think I've saved and then realise I actually hadn't.

Eyeballing it, it looks like you've got part of the texture laid over the area used for the scalp.
