I am afraid those are controversial practices that are not not encouraged in real life for toddlers thus they are not included in Sims game, especially spanking, that is not appropriate for any age group, including adults and elders. Modern positive parenting that includes being interactive, staying calm, listening, rewarding, plan and prevention... is proved to be the most effective style. I get spanking is controversial (not desirable for me), but time-outs are not. It's recommended to use time-outs vs yelling on real life toddlers. Since we can train misbehavior from pets, it'd be nice to be able to do so with toddlers. Even a toddler with max emotional control traits, they'll still throw tantrums. Likewise with responsibility and mess making. Something that I did notice is if you shirt+left click a toddler -> Sim Info there is an option to ground a toddler though they don't have any reaction to it.

Anyone so far working on this?? I tried, but failed. Hope someone can help out. It should be a simple Tuning change.
