Hi, I'm Pam. My screen name is pegan29. I'm a 73 year old American, born and raised in Arizona and I love computer games. I like RP games like Skyrim and Fallout and I also love to play Sims. I've been playing since Sims 1 and have a great love for mods and cc. I envy all of you who can make custom content. I get the most fun out of creating and decorating houses. I use very little cc for the actual sims themselves (poor little things) and put all my time into making their homes comfortable and a reflection of their individual personalities. All my friends and family think I'm a little strange (but my 11 year old great granddaughter thinks I'm cool). I just discovered the Sims 4 Studio earlier this year. Today I downloaded the updated S4S version and was able to figure out how to batch fix all my beds (and my mirrors! and lamps!, etc.). Who Knew! I've obviously been living under a rock! I'm just waiting to see if I'll be able to batch fix all my couches. When I first found S4S some very nice people told me how to change the comfort level on beds which I was able to do successfully, ah, sort of. But that's another story as they say. It's nice to meet everyone!

Thanks, that's exactly what I'm doing - trying to change the comfort level. When I get home tonight I'll try again. I appreciate everyone's help and will let you know if I still run into problems.

Thanks for reply. This is essentially exactly what I am doing. The problem occurs when I press the "next" button. When I do that it takes me to a "Save As" window (documents/sims 4 studio/mods). It then asks me to save and that "Save As" folder is empty. Save to what? Do I make up a file name for the game content? If I choose the Princess Cordelia's Galleon bed do I type that name in and save? No one addresses what happens when you press "next". Is the Sims 4 Studio not working properly? Should that "Save As" window not be opening? I'm quite confused.

This is my first time using Sims 4 Studio. I have several cc beds and I would like to change their comfort levels. I am stuck immediately. I put the .package file of the cc in the mods folder of s4s in the documents file. I open the first s4s window and choose the game bed I'd like to copy. When I press the "next" key it takes me to the mods folder where my cc.pkg file is and asks me save.(?) Am I supposed to save the game bed under the name of my cc? Likewise, when I go to the second s4s window, click on my cc bed, and press "next" it takes me to the same folder. I can better understand why I should save my cc under it's name that I can understand why I should save the game bed under the cc name. Where in the world am I going wrong.
