I just wanted to say this is such an awesome project you are undertaking. I am working on making the sims 3 alchemy potions somewhat functional for sims 4 with some similar effects. I am also making some weird magical ingredients for use in the alchemy potion making. Ultimately I will want to make an Alchemy skill too! I will be following this thread :D
Also I can help with meshes and some xml and basic script coding.

Having a generic object tuning has made this unnecessarily complicated especially when you throw in the 'push order' interaction instead of the plain 'order' interactions.I made custom ids but found that a simple custom ordering interactions do not work. Will see if I can use any other method( maybe just a picker menu interaction) as I wanted to make alternate recolours of the Indian stand and also make a brand new cuisine stand.Will leave a comment here if i manage to do it.

Oh and Mumbai Yes! Kolkata is a nice city! I like it! But I think it would be difficult learning Bengali since it's so close to Hindi! I would get confused lol! Thanks Happy Holi to you too! You have been to a lot of places! Yep Bengali and Hindi are very similar and share a lot of words just with a different pronounciation! I am so glad you like my country

So that's the India part.. The Skapie part means "little sheep" in Afrikaans So, I'm basically the sheep from India or something like that You have been here 5 times...wow? Which places did you visit? And you speak good hindi!

I speak Afrikaans, English and some Hindi (from loving India a lot). I also know a few words in Zulu and Russian and Polish. I love languages and I'm learning Russian and Mandarin. I was wondering where your user name was derived from! Now I know . Don't mind me I get ridiculously excited at the hint of another Indian simmer ( they are so less in number!)

When the market stall is being cloned (even for recolouring), the tuning id applied to it is -
object_marketStalls_Food The above tuning id contains the supper affordances -
<T>13328<!--debug_Reset--></T>
<T>13326<!--debug_ObjectDestroy--></T>
<T>103888<!--cheat_set_as_head--></T>
<T>143546<!--si_MarketStalls_HireNPC--></T>
<T>132953<!--marketStalls_Browse--></T>
<T>141608<!--marketStalls_ReOpen--></T>
<T>13983<!--sim-stand--></T>
<T>133181<!--marketStalls_Open--></T>
<T>132736<!--marketStalls_ChooseFoodDelivery--></T>
<T>135091<!--MarketStalls_CreateAndServeFoodToSitSlot--></T>
<T>135090<!--MarketStalls_CreateAndServeFoodToSlot--></T> As we can see from above, there is no interactions to order any particular type of food. Moreever there are no specific object tuning IDs for separate market stalls.(Also, market stalls use the '_pushorderfood_' interactions.)
In short, the object requires custom tuning (object and object part) to be functional...unless I am missing something ( which is wholly possible!)

Not yet. I feel the flower harvestables from the game dont do much work so I am attempting a flower arranging station like Sims 2. At present I have few custom flowers + roses which i intend to use as ingredients for flower arranging. I am not sure whether i should release the flowers separately or with the station ( when it is finished...its a long term project as i have to actually mesh the flower arrangements individually!)

Hey...something like the ones pictured? I had made lots of harvestable flowers in an attempt to make a functional flower arranging station

Unfortunately I have not come across texture files for any vfx yet. A quick look through the SP03 files also did not yield anything (As far as I can remember I have superficially gone through all the game files some time in the past). The ice cream colours are defined by snippet tunings though.

The toppings and Garnishes are just vfx effects .They are not meshes so cannot be extracted (This was the first thing i tried when the sp was released!)
Example -
sp03_iceCream_toppings_carton_nuts
sp03_iceCream_garnishes_carton_peppermint_stick
sp03_iceCream_garnishes_carton_waffle

This mod by cinderellimouse does the trick : Hide Lot Trait Effects . It is a simple mod which just removes the fx.

Open up the interaction tuning you want to change and search for 'pie_menu_priority' and change the value.I could not find the open interaction for the fridge (most probably it is related to its inventory function) but the upgrade interactions (example: fridge_Upgrade_IncreaseQuality ) have the following line in the tuning file : <T n="pie_menu_priority">x</T> where x= the order in which the option will appear.You do not require a SIMDATA resource for it.
Example Code:
<T n="pie_menu_priority">5</T>
The inventory component of a fridge is defined by the following code:
<V n="inventory" t="enabled">
<U n="enabled">
<V t="custom" n="get_put">
<U n="custom">
<U n="get">
<T n="factory">11501<!--Fridge_Get--></T>
</U>
<U n="put">
<T n="factory">28801<!--Fridge_Put--></T>
</U>
</U>
</V>
<E n="inventory_type">FRIDGE</E>
<L n="item_state_triggers">
<U>
<T n="item_state_value">15190<!--Freshness_Spoiled--></T>
<T n="owner_state_value">98864<!--InventorySpoil_Spoil--></T>
</U>
<U>
<T n="item_state_value">15190<!--Freshness_Spoiled--></T>
<T n="owner_state_value">98865<!--InventorySpoil_Clean--></T>
<E n="trigger_condition">NONE</E>
</U>
</L>
</U>
