Hi. Make sure - all meshes that need to be imported are visible and selectable; - they have cut and type assigned; - none of them has subsurface or solidify modifier that is dramatically increasing the polycount; - you are importing .blend file and not .blend1 by accident; If wont help, then try the following: - open the blend file in the version of blender that has s4studio cas tools and re-save it, then try to import again; - if won't work, change blender path is s4s settings to a different version, open said version, make sure s4studio cas tool is present, re-save it, import in s4s; - if s4studio cas tool does not appear, install blender 2.76b and repeat the previous step. If none of this will work, try installing the latest version of s4s. If that wont help either, share the blend and your s4s settings please Hiya Mauve! Thanks for your help! Yes, I'd done all that was stated before I posted. I think the issue was the polycount was just a bit too high for S4S to register. So once I reduced it some, it was fine. I ran into another issue with the same error code, but this time the issue was that I did not add a triangulate modifier to the glass shader mesh part and that was causing an error for me! Just lots of trial and error. Thanks for your help!

Hi and thank you in advance for any responses!
I've had this error pop up for me when trying to import a mesh.
Is anyone able to help me decipher what this means please? 🥺🙏🏾

It is difficult to say without seeing the file. My scientific guess is that size is incorrect. It all depends on the area where you mapped antlers. If they are mapped in the hat area, size should be 512x1024 or 1024x2048 for HQ. Bracelets with emission map should have 1024x2048 emission map, clothes - 1024x2048. I've added the file Feyona ! I tried all of the above sizes. Antlers are mapped in the hat area indeed. Please have a look if you can: Package and Blend

Hi there, I'm wondering if anyone would be able to help me solve an issue I'm having with my emission map. I have followed all tutorials to the T, and read on others issues with their mapping. I've had no luck with mine, sadly. The glow will only show up on parts of the map: Any advice would be appreciated, as I'm at my wits end with this! \(T_T)/~~

Does anyone know the height an object raises when you press '9' in-game once, to then translate this into blender on the x-axis? Like a specific number? It's a headache turning every little thing into an accessory, so I'd really like to know to for objects that could be held in hands for pose purposes!
Thanks for your help in advance! x
