Dear Andrew, Thank you so much for your post… And for everything that you already have done for us. It is S4S that made Sims 4 such a great game. Please, take all your time , you don’t owe us anything … You and Orangemittens have your own lifes to live. Thank you again. And the most important : Take care of yourself.

Dear Virelay, you know, I am absolutely not able to mesh. I am just a basic converter, thanks to Orangemittens who wrote an amazing tutorial. Well, I can't explain what changes you have to do in order to place the item on a pedestal. Sorry.
Just a (silly) idea for the specular. Is it a DDS or a PNG? As I replaced your bump with a blank one, I did it first with a PNG and it was somewhat dark. Then I converted it to DDS with Photoshop Elements (7)and I got a good light grey color. If I were you, I would try to replace the specular with a blank one, in DDS if you currently have a PNG and vice versa. It's just doing a work with trial and error.
More useful: You should take a look at the many tutorials: Here at Sims 4 Studio there have been plenty of threads and posts about "too much shine" and a great help was provided to many creators.
Anyway you have made a great job with this sculpture and I am quite sure that your issues will be solved soon. Keep up the good work and good luck!
And THANK YOU!

Oh! I am sorry to hear that you still have issues. Here is the link to the package ( and a pic of the real statue):
www.mediafire.com/file/3xepzm1s1gb2ixj/Ludwig+van+Beethoven.rar/file There is no real difference between your package and "mine". I just replaced your bump with a blank one ( in DDS format), but I bet that it doesn't make any difference and I don't understand why I don't see any issue in my game and why you see weird things in yours.
Well, if you look at the real sculpture, you'll see that it's not as perfect and well polished as a statue of Michelangelo.
Maybe we'll understand what causes the problem with the help of some experts here.
Thank you again and good luck.

Thank you so much. It was very kind of you to share this link. I didn't see Ludwig v B. in my game yet (busy tonight), but it looks very good in S4S. Besides I replaced the bump map with a blank one (800x800)and I don't see any issue. I will test it tomorrow morning in the game and tell you if it looks as good as in S4S. Thank you again.

Unfortunately I am not able to help you, but just wanted to say that I adore your kitchen, with the pure lines and a beautiful design. This is a jewel. I hope that you will share it after fixing your issue.
Good luck!

A HUGE thank you, dear Orangemittens. You see, without your hard work, your computer wizardy, your helpful posts… and just you being you, we are lost. I will purchase the new Eco-Lifestyle pack tomorrow, I was waiting for Sims 4 Studio updating, otherwise I would have given up. You have already spoiled us so much with S4S, please take all your time. Thank you again for everything.

Hi Blxchs I just want to share my recent experience with you. Usually I don't have any issue while merging packages, but I had one lately. There was one package that couldn't be merged. After some headache, I found out that it was a Sims 2 package. I hope that your issue is as simple as mine. Good luck!

It is not yet possible to create custom stairs in Sims 4. BUT: There is one! It was made by Brujah, one of the most famous mad scientists here at Sims 4 Studio. It is here: sims4studio.com/thread/2263/brujahs-studio?page=2 Have fun!
Edited: MizoreYukii, I am sorry, we were both posting at the same time

Hi Simshelp014. I am not an expert… Just in case: As you launched your game after repairing it, did you allow CC in your game "options"? If not, that could explain why you don't see your cc. Another question: Have you many subfolders in your "Mods"? Probably you know it and you didn't forget to edit the "Resource.cfg", did you? I hope that you'll soon fix your issues. Good luck!

Hello and a big thank you for the link. I already have your delightful top safe on my pc. Something weird happened with Simfileshare. After I clicked the "thenks" button I clicked "download" and got an error message: "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable"... Was disappointed, but then the download worked fine. In a few days I'll begin a new building project with a new simmie and she will wear your top. Keep creating meshes, you seem to be very talented and your efforts will be greatly rewarded. Thank you again.
