I've been downloading houses from tumblr, and the gallery, base game, and cc. I've put the files into my tray folder for base game and my tray/mods folder for modded houses. When i place the lot it gives me a notification saying that an absurd amount of items are missing, even though I HAVE THEM ALL. PLEASE HELP ME Can't you see ANY Mod, or can you see some of them? If you can't see ANY, Did you enabled custom content in de options menu? You can do this by going to: Options | Other | Check Enable Custom Content and mods. I've also moved this post to the Sims 4 Chat section. Creator help is more for help with making Mods. I can see a little, but VERY FEWWWW.... Like 5 objects out of 100-500 Bakie

Okay so I made a mesh in marvelous designer (just a simple crop top). I understand not lots of people use marvelous designer but it's the only thing i understand. Please help me with importing my mesh to blender. I used Marvelous Designer's default avatar, do i need a different one? Then i made my mesh and saved it as an .obj; i then opened that .obj file in blender, nothing showed up. Please pleasePLEASE help, thanks in advance!! 💕

Hi I know there is a tut on here about UV's and how to unwrap but I am having a blonde day and can't find it. UV maps are a bit like the bones of your mesh, however they are laid out will determine how your object looks and how the texture fits. I can give you some tips even if I can't find the tut. Make sure that the multi-texture is on on the shading option in Blender, to bring this up when in edit mode tap N on the numpad on the right side of your screen and you will get a new mini menu. When lining up your uvs the smaller the little boxes the sharper your texture will appear. Make sure the boxes are not an uneven length, instead of perfectly square or the texture will appear distorted or stretched. When unwrapping an object I make sure the 'view to selected' is on then press 1 on the numpad, this will show you the object perfectly aligned from the Front view, press B and highlight the surface you want to unwrap. If it's a flat surface that needs unwrapping this is ideal, then go to (on the left under unwrap) unwrap from view. I then press 4 (this turns the object around one step at the time while keeping it the same distance from you) until the object shows the next side and do the same until the object is completely unwrapped from that point of view. If you need to see the top then press 7 on the numpad and you will get a top down view. In between unwrapping the different sections I move them off the UV map so they don't overlap. When it's done I then re-size the sections if I have to and arrange them on the uv map. This works well with box type objects but doesn't always give a good result on curves as some part of the curve is often hidden and ends up very small and will show as a texture distortion. Always make sure your UV map is the right size eg-512x512, 256x512,1024x512. If its even one number out it won't work. Unwrapping and making UV maps takes a little time to master so experiment by saving test meshes while you get the hang of it. I'll give you a link to an unwrap video, the guy is a bit of a duck but he does show how to unwrap a curved object with ease. Good luck unwrap ink
So how do I UV map clothing? Such as a Shirt

Hello, I've visited to ask about Basic Meshing. I know how to shorten a mesh, but i want to know how to create my own. Without editing another mesh.
Quick Question: Do all blender meshing tutorials work for sim4?

Okay, so I'm having trouble with two things. I'm trying to make a couple pose for Poseplayer but I don't know how to save it. And when I did save it, I think I saved it the wrong way, so both sims were doing the same pose. - My second problem is with shortening meshes. I know Mister S has a tutorial on that but I can't quite understand it. And it's about a skirt, I'm trying to shorten a shirt. The problem I have with shortening the shirt is: I cut some of the mesh off in blender, then I append the nude top and join them, and then I save as one, and import it back to studio. It shows in Sims 4 Studio as almost the same exact shirt I was trying to change with minor glitches. Please help. I've asked people but they've led me to the same things...which didn't help. Thank you in advance - *if you want pics just tell even though I'm not quite sure how to take them ????. * Read more: sims4studio.com/conversation/1886#ixzz46NfkieSv

Um, I made my tattoo another way and here are the steps. 1. clone out tattoo as a png. 2. delete it and customize my own tattoo 3. save it as a png. 4 open paint.net and save it as a dds 5. open it in s4s 6. put it in my mods folder 7. test It in gamr my problem is that wen I test It in my game, my sim gets pale, and the eyebrows overlap, and the undergarments over lap. I don't know what i'm doing wrong, it's worked before. Please please help
