Is there a tool to edit the household files in the Tray folder? I want to turn my human sim into an Alien but the tutorial I've found turns the human into the disguise but what I want to happen is when my sim turns into an alien they keep the face and only the skin and eyes change to that of an alien. So what I was thinking is that if I could just copy the "face data" of one sim to another. Please tell me if my plan is possible. Thanks

I tried making Genos's Arms from One Punch Man and here is the current progress(although it doesn't look very accurate). Can it still pass as his arms?

I did this last year, it will be a pain through and through. The only option you really have is to make "cyborg friendly" clothing, with the arm ripped off. Oh yeah I saw your post but I think the problem with yours was the texture because you we're using the texture space for addtional textures like collar, sleeve linings and etc but mine doesn't use that space so it is compatible with almost any clothing that doesn't have 3d sleeves. I remapped the UV so it I don't have problems with the texture appearing on other parts of clothing. UPDATE: I already fixed it I just need to do the emission and specular maps

I tried re cloning a cas part and importing my mesh and texture and it worked fine. I'll try the whole arm and post an update if anything happens

I tried to make a robot arm by separating the upper arm from the scientist outfit and the forearm from the AlienAlpha suit and making my own mesh for the hands and this is the result but when I try it in-game some part of it warps and when I resize it collides with the arm mesh problem 1 problem 2 I hope someone can help me and tell me how I should resolve this. For problem 2 I tried re-transferring weights but it did not do anything. I'll try with the vertex paint and I'll update if anything happens. Thanks

I think it was written in one tutorial that I need to follow the number of cuts a mesh has if I'm going to replace it. Or is there a way to have just 1 main mesh for each LOD

How do I make my CC base game compatible? Should I just clone a base game item as my base? I trying to create a full body outfit and I was wondering if I could use the Aayla Costume as the base. If it's not possible what other base game full body outfits has a low number of mesh cuts like only the main mesh and not have any other parts.

When I frankenmesh should I delete the extra rigs that also get import when I append? The tutorials on meshes here don't really mention on what to do with this extra rigs. Same question goes for the extra textures. I would appreciate it if someone could help me on this, I'm new to this whole cc thing. Thanks :D
