I had this same problem ( error:The Sims 4 Studio - Version 3.0.1.9
System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. ---> SQLite.SQLiteException: Could not open database file: ...) , and after hours of searching for a solution I tried the last thing I could possibly think of ... I disabled my antivirus software (avast), then I reinstalled and launched sims 4 studio... and it worked. After I made sure everything works okay, I enabled avast and everything still looks okay. So... i'm not saying this is a solution, ... it worked for me... I don't know if it will for you too. p.s. sorry for my bad english... I tried my best. :D Omg you saved my life, thank you SO much! I couldn't update S4S because of this error, so I've been using an old version for a very long time. Yesterday, a patch came out and my old S4S didn't work anymore. I'm so glad I can finally work with the newest version of S4S again!!
