Hi! Your problem relies on the uv_1. As you can see from the image, half of the little pompoms are mapped way down and far from the rest of the mesh. To fix this, please re do the uv_1 transfer. Hats like this, (that don't go far down to touch the sim's body don't need neither green vertex paint nor uv_1. But for the sake of practice, i would re do the uv_1 either way. Thanks a lot for your help <3

The problem is that when you change the size of your shoulders, the balls on the mask move (see photo). I also attached a .blend file photoblend

Go into edit mode and select the entire mesh then click remove doubles. This will merge vertices that are sharing position. If I remember correctly doing this reduced the poly count by about 50%. YES! happened! THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!

I'm guessing the poly count is too high (8595 verts, 12846 faces). All I did was remove doubles and it imported just fine. p.s. The use of the word "grid" in this case is the incorrect term. I would suggest "mesh" for the future. What do you mean by "remove doubles" ? And to the account of the "grid" I apologize, was not seen during the translation

I tried again. It didn't work. I don't know why. It worked on my mac at work with s4s (Appletini). I'm clueless now. Sorry. okay, in any case, thanks for the answers!

Then I don't know what you might have done wrong anymore. Because I just did the same and it worked. Could you give me this file? Please! I again tried and still does not work. Only this part of the costume has remained, but for some reason it does not work I started doing it from scratch and still it does not load up anyway

The original mesh has 2 mesh groups: 's4studio_mesh_1', cut number '0000' 's4studio_mesh_2', cut number '0001' Your mesh only have 1 mesh group: 's4studio_mesh_1', cut number '0000' You need to make sure your mesh has the exact same amount of mesh groups as the original EA mesh. And also make sure each of your mesh group has the same cut number as the mesh groups of the original mesh. Nothing less. Otherwise your mesh won't show up correctly. Export the EA mesh and append s4studio_mesh_2 into your mesh should fix it. I did as you said (Export the EA mesh and append s4studio_mesh_2 into your mesh should fix it.), but it still does not load

I guess you didn't have correct cut numbers in the blender file. Please share the blender file and package file for further investigation. files

What type of project are you working on? I am unclear as to what "grid" you are talking about. Please show a screenshot of what you are referring to.
