What I am meaning is for example a dress has a flower pattern on it but I want to make it a solid color and keep the way the fabric lays showing through. The way I have been doing it does not always work...

This is such a basic question but I need help. What is the best way to recolor a pattern with a solid color, keeping the texture but not the pattern?

When I recolor someone else's cc (with permission :D) and try to upload to TSR, it gives me an error code. I asked them why I was getting that and they said that " these are conflicting internal ID issues, which says that the object is cloning with the original artists internal IDs. That means game conflicts and our system will not accept them." Help???

When recoloring custom objects or clothes, how do I give it a unique ID????

I have downloaded the newest Vogue and recolored the cabinets, counters and island. I did get an error code the first time I tried to open the cabinets but after that everything has been fine. The recolors are working great in game and my Sims are no longer getting stuck!!

I just tried to recolor different counters and got this error message

I recently recolored the Blandco Contemporary Counters, Islands and cabinets. I used Sims 4 Studio like always and PhotoShop C6. Everything came out great until I put them in game. When they are on the lot my sims get stuck and become unplayable even though everything else keeps going. Any idea what the problem may be?
