Hi! I'm back after a long time. So, this is something that i created back in 2016 when i was just learning how to make CC for Sims 4. i have always had a problem with the limited options and not-so-good colour options for men's things in-game. So i thought i'd make recolours of the Men's Wall Racks. But then i thought, not just recolouring, let's make it functional and so i ended up turning them into Dresser/Wardrobe. Find them both in the Storage>Dresser/Wardrobe section. Now, the normal rack has a total of 24 recolours and 4 wood colour options to choose from.
While the formal one has 16 recolours with 4 wood colour options.
Since the original item is from the Base game, so you should be able to use this if you only have base game. NOTE: Both of them are put in a single package file. The first time i made it, i shared the result in the Sims4studio forum from 2016: Here
I hope you guys like it~
Additional Credits: Many thanks to Andrew & Orangemittens. Made using Sims 4 Studio & Adobe Photoshop.

Hi. We do not help people with pack to base game conversions for this is considered piracy. I do not see a rig in the outliner in Maya, so my guess is that you exported it as obj. Doing so leads to the loss of all data needed for the mesh to morph, animate and be imported in s4s. FBX does not store all of the needed data either. You would need to re-do all of that in blender after you’ll get the mesh back. I am a Maya user myself and use it only for modelling. For mesh editing or frankenmeshing it is nothing but a pain. Strongly advice you to either watch introductory and cc adapting tutorials for Blender or just not do that at all. Since you are new to adapting CAS meshes, you wouldn’t even know what you need to do to them in Maya to make sure they actually function in-game ( i to this day do not know how to do half of those things in Maya lol). Thank you so much!! Duly noted!

So your girl sim wants a hot little dress that flatters her figure but doesn't go overboard? Then fear not! For the new satin a-line dresses are here! Inspired by Rosabelle (pictured) and her everlasting beauty, this dress is simple, yet has the tailored finish that makes every girl Sim look gorgeous! Comes in 8 colours so that you never have to worry about your dress clashing with your frienemy's! And about zip? Don't worry! Instead, show off your sim gal's gorgeous back with the deep deco line! Be the talk of the town with this new dress! My first mesh that i made back in 2015! At first I wanted to only go for maxis recolour. But then, I played with the neckline more and so I lowered it and in the process, did some mesh edits in the chest area to get rid of an annoying triangular extra bit that looked horrible in-game. Hence, this is a completely new mesh. The original maxis mesh is yfbody_DressCrossBack. The MTS version: Here
The texture is my own with hand-painted details. So no google business, thanks! Comes with it's own custom thumbnail (check screenshot). Available from teen through elder and is found in Everyday, Formal and Partywear. I have GTW EP installed, but since this is base game mesh, it should work fine with you.
~Enjoy
Polygon Counts: LOD 0: Vertices: 2682 Polygons: 4377
I didn't edit the rest so the polycount remains same as the maxis original.
Additional Credits: Eyes - tsminh_3 Natural Eyes EYES.N9 All else is Maxis made. Made using The Sims 4 Studio. Mesh edit using Autodesk Maya and Blender.

This was my first creation back in 2015!! The original was uploaded to MTS: Here
Polo shirt. A simple cotton/wool shirt that is the go-to pick for any man, whether he's into fashion or not. Polo shirts are great! But you know what is greater? 20 new recolours of Polo shirts that keeps everyone happy and makes a style statement as well! Whether he is that guy who's on the backstage of a fashion show or he's that guy whose always playing on the field or just your normal everyday boy, these colours, and combos hit home!
Available Teen through Elder. Available for Everyday, Athletic & Party wear.
The in game shirts had very few colour choices and the cottony, knitted texture was missing from them. Also, my boy Cedric (the gorgeousness pictured) needed some yellow ones (yes you got the reference correct!^^). So I went and created some more hues and added stripes to them and also- Hellaw! Cascading/falling Diamonds on the shirts' aswell!! Also added the cottony knit texture which you can see, clearly, in the CAS but unless you play with game graphics settings set to the highest level, you will see that they fade in-game, especially on solid colours. (PLEASE check screenshots)
This is a standalone maxis recolor of Maxis Polo shirts so it has it's own thumbnail (check screenshots). The diamonds beneath the arm looks scrunched up to give a crinkled effect. It was unintentional as these shirts are mapped that way (again, check thumbnails, please).
~Enjoy!!
Additional Credits: Cedric's gorgeous hair -> Lapiz Lazuli Zombrex converted for TS4 by Kazarin Ben's hair -> Side Parted Fluffed by me^^
Created using The Sims 4 Studio and textures using Photoshop.

Hello there! I came back after a long while!! Been on a hiatus due to health concerns... Anyways, just wanted to know, if the custom careers got any progress?
Also, I've last used Sugar and it was unable to work on some statues. So, was wondering if they were editable now? I mean with Harmony?

Andrew, hi! Thanks for your reply! I deleted it by mistake!! Should I post the package file here or should I make a separate post, as this is originally JayCrane's thread...?

I just understood, I have been posting threads without even introducing myself here first! Sorry about that! Hello fellow Simmers! My name is Sao, I'm 24 from India. I'm a BG modelling and texturing artist so, you can imagine, S4S to be the perfect partner for my imagination!! I create mostly, recolours as, S4 has some tacky colour schemes. Occasionally I make new stuff too! But it's the stories that I love creating! You can visit my site at aaTimiA and see my wonderful world of imagination! (The site is still in the making process but I hope you all will like it!)

andrew Hello there, I have the same problem with a film camera that I made. The thing is, I DID delete a file but whether it was shadow file or specular file, I don't remember. Can you help illustrate the process to remove said shadow file/specular file completely so that in future, if this happens again, it can be corrected? Can you please help with this?

Oh ok!! Orangemittens, I'll wait for the upgrade then!! Also, it would be great if you could post a tutorial on this, when S4S is ready for it! Thank you so much for taking interest in this!!!

Ah, you beat me to helping her with the tutorial!! Darn my different timezone.... :'(
Anyways, Orangemittens, dear, as you can clearly see, that's the only tutorial and it requires running soooo many programs whose extraction data, etc can boggle any newbie script modder's mind. And the process is so hard and long drawn so maybe that's why custom careers for Sims 4 is quite unheard of (I mean, Education is the only custom career that i know of, you may know of more idk). So, what do you think? Will you help us, please?

I don't know where to post this question, but since I wish to 'create' a new career, so I posted it here. I want to create two careers. 1. Actor and 2. Adult Actor. All I do for now is put a camera, which I made using the lovely Sims 4 studio, on every place where I want to shoot a scene. I would love to create a custom career, but the traditional method is long drawn and includes a host of programs. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Thank you so much for this!! I have recolored some Wall Racks which I thought was a waste if used just for show purpose. So I used your method and turned it into a dresser!

For 4 separate photo frames I would make the shadow mesh as you describe. The tutorial I wrote showing how to convert a Sims 2 item goes over a similar thing because the example item was two separate pillows that each needed to have a shadow under them and that is just what I did. Thank you once again for your fast replies! Yes, I did just that! I pre-mapped the shadows in Maya using the Diffuse map which you use in blender and so I i just had to check it once in Blender like you did. Hence, in game, the shadows came up correct on all four of them! Worked like a charm!! You're tutorial is so detailed and thank you so much for your help!
