Post the .package (pun intended) and blend files and someone can assist you.

untraditionalnerd created one already. You can find it on his TUMBLR. I know that the issue with the sim turning black is that you are trying to override the skin texture. You should also check out THIS and THIS.

I've installed the Pose Player many times, and it doesn't seem to show up in my game... It's really starting to frustrate me, I've tried restarting my game, uninstalling the Pose Player. Nothing seems to work...

Hello, the desks as well as the dining tables have a lot of slots and bones to make a sim sit in a chair next to it, or interact with the object in general. So you would need to assign this manually and also change the object tunning among some other stuff. However, the best way to do this (and a lot easier) is cloning a EA desk, then replace your mesh with it as you will not have to bother with all that because everything is already set up for it. I don't really know why the desk clone is not working for you, can you describe a little bit what the problem is? You can also post the .package you're having trouble so someone could take a look. Here is a picture showing the slots a desk should have, as you see there're several.... {image} I've converted a desk from TS3. The only thing left, in order for it to be functional, is getting a chair to snap to it. I used a pedestal as its clone, because using a desk to clone, would not let the original texture transfer over. I tried using slots, and a chair snaps to the slot, but not attaching itself to the desk, so the desk can be used. What am I missing here? please help. Hey guys! Mathcope as you see the OP stated his reasons for not cloning a desk, HOWEVER Sympxls there are tutorials here that can assist you in converting your object for use in Sims 4. More specifically THIS ONE. It's a tutorial converting a Sims 2 object but the principle is the same. For additional reading, in the comments on that tutorial is someone who has a similar issue and I'm certain you will be able to overcome it. Start reading from HERE.

Before I went into a tutorial, I just wanted to know if it was possible to stretch a pic across an average wall. That is what I was asking. I'm not sure how they are done as I have not done any but what I do know is that they can be.

You can try any of the tutorials that come up when you search the build/buy tutorial thread for the word "mural" HERE is a link for that search.

{Spoiler}{Spoiler}Make your each hair has a differnt swatch colour. If you leave all of these for example white only 1 colour will show up. If that's not the problem maybe post the package so we can have a look. They do all have different colors. I would love to post the package but I'm unsure how to post it without the mesh since I didn't do a standalone cas item. Post your package. You already linked to the original in your first post.

In order for the hair to match the eyebrows the actual swatch color must be identical. See THIS thread for more info.

The screen of the tv is a separate mesh part. It doesn't get an image. Do you not want it to act like a tv?

The direction to split vertices is correct, however it may not have been applied correctly. (See images below) These 5 positions are still merged together as 1 vertex each. This is your issue. The blue lines represent the "per-vertex normal" (see the red box for settings) Once you split your vertexes this will change from one line to multiple lines depending on how many vertexes it gets split into. Click each to see larger.

My opinion is that you are trying to make pants from the nude bottoms and not making it from another pair of pants that already exist in the game. If you clone one of those and look to see how it is constructed you may have a better understanding of what is happening and why. I have faith that you will be able to get it to look how you want it to. Keep at it.

What parts is it missing? Sorry it took me so long to respond, I've been a bit busy. And Thank you so much for everything so far! Part of the narrow door on the medium lod. I'm going to look into whether this door is incomplete or not and I'll get back to you.
