When I look at my mesh in S4S, The PackID says BaseGame. So is it Base Game Compatible?

So I've done some testing. I saw that it has to do with the UV1. Map. Thats why the light looks like that, it basically "projects" the UV1 which has to do with weights for the body for it to morph. But with the problem that I'm having is that bad? I just need to know, So I can finish this first piece of CC I just want to make it as perfect as I can get it.

Okay the parts Ive circled in red, where it shows a triangle or something... could that be from the mesh uv? like from decimating or something? its shows mainly in cas. Here is the updated photo: imgur.com/rAV0Y57

First, My problem is that when i test my mesh, In Cas, when I hover over the body to change it, when it shows the light it you can see where the mesh could be tries when i for sure know that my mesh was Quads when I was working on it. When I try and do these steps, I still have gaps at the neck... :( and would you do these steps after you decimate LOD0 for the rest of the LOD's? I'm sorry that I'm really confused.

I don't understand that after you delete the body, you append it to the original mesh? I'm really confused or something, I mean like I get it but I don't get which on to append it to. I mean I'm trying to create a shirt and the neck lines always look like that... :( I wish I can talk to you or someone on Tumblr to personally talk to them for personal help...
