The model's material needs an alpha element. There is a tutorial HERE
I couldn't figure out how that works since I never found some tabs that should have been there etc so I just took the basegame wallclock (wich has already an alpha element to it) and made it work that way. Thank you very much!

If you know this EA table in blender, I am basically trying to do something like this with a painting.
I want to make an elaborate looking frame for a painting and thought, this white space with the table design on top of it, is a transparent layer in blender. Either I was wrong, I did something wrong or it is another process for I tried to make it happen but in game it looks like THIS
while renderd in blender it looks like how I want it to be. Where did I go wrong? Thank you for reading!
