Sorry for the late response. I was working on the preset issue for awhile and then the patch hit with a few significant changes that were enough to break the community tested version of S4S. I've had to focus my attention on incorporating the patch changes and stabilizing the beta.
Before the patch, I was at the point where I could fix most of the examples I was sent, but there were glitches with some of the eye presets. The mapping from the shared head of the older ages to the new toddler head will need some more work before it is good enough to batch fix all presets.
I don't think it will be possible to make fixed toddler presets with custom mesh changes transition to the older age groups since they no longer have matching head layouts. There is a way that EA maps their own modifiers between age groups, but it is hard coded to a single list (not fixable by script or tuning). Presets that exclusively use EA's modifiers shouldn't have this problem after batch fixing.
More example packages could definitely help. I saw that there were reports of some presets that affected adults. I'm not sure why that would happen, but if someone could provide examples of that, I can look at that too.

Hi laplume37, Thank you for uploading the packages, but I cannot download them. Can you set the sharing settings on the links to public?

Hi Andrew, do you need some help with the broken presets ? I could give you more broken presets if you need it.

laplume37 I'm still testing the batch fixes for the next s4s update. Automated fixes to the meshes are sometimes good, but not in all cases. For this reason, I split it up by face region and made a separate option for actually updating a save game to use the new fixed versions. The best solution will be when preset creators make a toddler specific preset separate from the adult one and for players to start a new save with the updated presets, but hopefully my fixes can help to salvage some save games that have been broken and some presets that haven't been updated by the creator. At the very least, if the S4S generated mesh is unsatisfactory, there will be the option to disable broken toddler presets and remove them from the sims in the save games. This should fix the melted faces, but they won't look like they did before the patch.

Even if the batch fix isn't perfect, it'll still be better than nothing, and above all it'll save players from having to delete all their presets from the game. I warned the creators several months ago but unfortunately they didn't react.
