Hi geekgirl, I'm not sure what was going wrong with the link before but it appears to be working now. Some people have had trouble if they're using Chrome but confirmation of downloadability was just given to me by two people using Firefox and it downloaded for me using Internet Explorer also. Please try again and post if it's still giving you trouble. |

It didn't work for me. First I got the error message. At second try it scanned through but if I look at CAS into the things, many of the thumbs have the alien look. I am not sure if I did something wrong.

something is very wrong with the 2.4.1.4 installer download it wants to download a file that is 1mil GB+
some1 may want to look into this

This is what I see when I go to the link:
It says it's 24.2 MB. What is saying it's 1 mil GB?
This is what I see when I download from that link, right click the .exe, and check its properties:
And that is the correct size. |

Hi knifkey, It looks like you added the swatches to the pre-patch clone and that caused some problems in the game. CAS items made after the patch (even just clicking add swatch) are numbered differently than before the patch to avoid the issue where CAS items show up in the wrong categories. I have fixed the numbering of the swatches so that they will work like a new clone (not showing up in wrong categories). That is not the problem although it is the reason why you should only recolor this item for your own personal use. As Andrew said, the problem you're having is that this item was made prior to the patch and now you're trying to add swatches to it with a version of Studio that has been updated for the patch. I suggest you take the original item, stick it in your Studio Mods folder, and clone it as custom content. Then add your swatches to the new clone. If you continue to have issues with your recolor please start a thread about it in the creator help section or in the how to make a recolor from custom content thread. |
