hi, i deleted all my mods for the sims 4 prior to installation of get to work and outdoor retreat, but two hair colours i downloaded from modthesims are still in my game and thus, my game is bugged. some things dont have words (like items will be numbers, say debug, but i cant buy them, no info on them either. and my aspirations, the 2nd line in blank but if i highlight it, it will tell me in detail what to do.) not only that but even my sim gaining skills and stuff comes up blank on the side in orange or blue box. what can i do to remove these two hair colours and repair my game? they arent in the mod folder edit: i'm trying answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199#Resetting this out for now but the first time i did it the issues before even starting a new game were there, so i tried again but im repairing the files on origin first.

You probably figured it out by now But I'll reply anyway I'm not expert but you're going to have to uninstall the game completely then reinstall it Or you can just go to your sims 4 folder and rename it for example go to doc then to electronic arts right click on your sims 4 folder and rename it Sims 4-backup That will reset your game as brand new.. Just make sure to back up your information onto a USB drive so you won't lose your sims Unless you don't mind recreating them...

im having a problem when someone uses the shower they have cloths on hope someone can help Assuming that is not a result of an actual bug in your game, there is a batch fix for that. Have you tried that yet?

Some custom content garments are incorrectly tagged so that the game recognizes them as appropriate garb for wearing in the shower or bath. If you save your Sim wearing some of these garments that Sim will become permanently bugged to the point that if you fix the tags, or even remove that piece of CC from your game, the Sim will instead wear EA's default underwear in the shower or bath.
Studio's batch fixer can fix incorrect tags but, if you have put an incorrectly tagged and buggy garment on your Sim and save it with that garment on, it cannot fix the bugged Sim. My recommendation is to run the batch fixer on all CC you add to your game *before* you allow your Sim to have it in their wardrobe and before you save a Sim with that garment in their wardrobe.
