Hi! I wanted to make an add-on for the City Living brick walls, so I exported the original short, medium and tall texture and started recolouring them. When I went in-game to check the textures, I noticed that compared to the original texture, the recolours were extremely blurry. I thought it might be something I did wrong, so I made another package and exported the original texture again, and immediately importing it again. I did this with PNG first, which you can see in the picture below. I also did it with a DDS and that one was just as bad. Is there any way to avoid textures becoming so blurry when you export them from S4S? Or is there a way to extract them elsewhere so you end up with the true original? Thanks! (left is the original - not exported. right is the exported original)

I'm using 3.1.0.9 Wishes (I hadn't updated it yet) and here's the package: simfil.es/471884/ (file removed) (: In the package the first swatch is the untouched original and the second is the one I re-imported.

Little update after some testing: I updated my S4S version to the latest. Exported the same way I did before, but it showed the same results. Then I unticked Autoresize Textures and exported the original once again. I ticked Autoresize again and then imported the original texture. It's significantly less blurry but it's still not completely the same as the original. Then I imported it again but left the autoresize unticked and it's finally the same as the original. I will test it in-game to see if it all looks good there, but I think it will.
So it seems that this problem actually lies in the autoresize feature that was added recently.

Okay, everything looks fine in my game, so I guess it's solved! Unfortunately have to do the recolours again, but I'm happy I now know what the problem was haha.
