I am not sure how one would go about fixing them. it looks as though they were made with the same mesh so they will always overwrite each other unless someone can tell you how to make it so they aren't the same mesh... if that's even possible. I don't know enough about meshing yet to be of good help. Sorry. :(
You can clone one of then, that will give it a unique ID
Copy the package into the mod folder from S4S which should be in : my documents/sims4studio/mods then start Studio and choose create you mesh or standalone (I kinda always go for new mesh here :p) Use the drop down menu to select the CC content Select all the swatches from the copied package that should be appearing here. Create the new package. Then, simply save, exit, go copy the new package and put it in your mod folder. This actions will have created the same package as the one you cloned but with a different ID in game, that way it is correctly a different package.
You just need to see which one of the two you should clone so that it works properly. Maybe the one that you cannot equip atm.
Please do not contact me via pm for help and simply post in the appropriate section of the forum so that everyone can see and help you there.
Mine looks like the same problem but I'm not finding the solution.
I have CC on one sim I want to put on the other clothes category (daily, formal, party, etc) but is not in CAS catalog. I removed all mod and CC to help me find it but nothing. I checked and is not recolor. If I remove from the sim with that outfit (It's Temari from Naruto made by HTB) I cannot find it later.
I don't know what else to do.
Edit: I fixed it.
I made a new package with S4S using the textures from previous package and exporting to Blender and then importing to get a correct mesh for this package. Then in Warehouse I delete the geometry related to the previous outfit because was mixing with the new outfit with weird effects.
