I'm having the same issue, the game path is correct so it can't be that. I'm just trying to edit a base game top, but when I click the blue cas button it comes up with a blank screen and drop down menus. I'm not sure what I can do to fix this? I've tried the solutions in this thread but nothing has worked Nevermind, I closed sims 4 studio and then opened it back up and it came up with a little window saying "Indexing..." and then all the packs. Not sure what I did or what fixed it, but when I clicked the blue CAS button everything showed up. Glad you found out what was wrong. ...and yeah. You always have to close and open up sims4studio everytime you make a change to it such as clicking to make sure the path is right.

Hi. I'm a noob at this. I downloaded sims 4 studio, typed in my creator name then clicked "Create CAS Standalone" (I have a Mac) and then clicked the blue CAS button and nothing showed up at all. I don't see any of the CC in the game showing up. Do any of you know what's going on and how to fix this? b3cp0: I am also having this issue because nothing is showing up and I have looked in the main file for things and nothing is there.

Hi guys, I have the same problem is can't see anything when clicked "Create CAS Standalone". But I think I have the solution to fixed it. First, I'm using Mac and I can open My CC to see my CC collection. I'm ignore why is empty in Create CAS Standalone and find to way to enter to my CC to download mesh file. I clicked My Project and find the CC I need. And the result is same you open on Create CAS Standalone. Hope it helpful
