My Outerland Alien Desert Planet ...I want more desert based worlds. I like this golden sand look but The Strangerville town is just too TOWN for me to use. I do like the weather VFX I wish I could duplicate them here



Alien Scientist / Cyborg Neighborhood where the water is abundant and tech is being created , also the power tower for electric needs. the wifi hub is here also.
most the other desert sand apartments are off grid they have to travel for service.

The underground dystopian markets and lifestyle for lower class aliens live here also. Most of the Food and Restaurants are ran by lower class, upper class is all big business. Cyborgs and Robots are secondary citizens. they have recently given citizenship by the prime minister and Aliens are having problems accepting that. There is a prison for crime and the corrupt laws and things..for like stolen robo / vehicle parts or illegal intergalactic smuggling of stuff.
Also Humans are not allowed citizenship, or on the planet at all. its a huge fine. so the random townies that get generated keep the prison full..or the shops staffed.
a robot mechanic lives nearby for all the cyborg diagnosis and assistance so the don't have to file a request to the high class for a issue of maintenance care. alot of underground activity that high class doesn't know about happens here. one of my atagonist (pictured) cyborgs works to bring technology and water to the desert people. eco environment is poor here



The high class is where the inventors and prime minister and the court all live high rise apartments high tech eco living is high alot of solar powered gardens, pools, factories and machines are created here. the police, entertainment, and banks are here. alot of apartments and vegetation that does trade with lower class they can work and trade exports / imports here but can't live. the sister of my antagonist lives here but she has a record at the science facility along with the fleet of androids who assist scientists and is forbidden to mingle with the lower class and is on thin ice for mingling with aliens. Im going to rework some of the neighborhoods, i want more scenery lots and background lots to look seamless until i get T.O.O.L mod working again to do some world editing ..plus the desert homes i added just have old dirt and not sand when placed. i just want to create a 20-30 lot world for all this SMH

The Entrance to One of the Desert's community projects: The Galaxy's Librarium. every book of knowledge is here. stocked by humans and Aliens over the eons of course, decorated with the outlawed not-regulated invasive plants covering the grounds who cares if they're poisonous. The first pyramids and mermaids have documentation here.
