Hi stevieboy1, if you want to restore your files to the pre-batch fix state, open your Documents/Sims 4 Studio/Batch Fixes folder. Copy and paste all those files into your Sims 4 mods folder. The files in the Batch Fixes folder are your backup. If you don't like the result of a batch fix, you can always find the original copies of whatever you batch fixed in that folder.

Really I never knew that I will make a back up of the game as I have been trying to fix it and will then try copying over all the files and see if it helps and will let you know 😉
But why has a lot of the clothing and hairs been deleted from the game? Will they be in the back up file too? I just can't remember what's missing. Best wishes steve 😉

Hey stevieboy1,
Just wondering did this work for you?
I have the same problem, but it happened randomly. I didn't run any batch fixes, and it wasn't after any update (that I can remember) but quite a few of my new randomly generated townies have no faces, just teeth!
I'm starting to delete my CC face stuff, but I've disabled townies from using CCs.... could it be due to something else?

When faces disappear it's generally a cc issue. For me, it usually means I've removed something skin oriented that they once had access to and now they don't. Once the random townies have a detail and you take it away they get that no face look or it could be something has gone obsolete or corrupt. I would try re-downloading your favorite CC skins, skin details, make up and tattoos from their original source and see if that fixes it. Or try fixing them in CAS. If it's cc that has gone obsolete, it might be easier to find via a mod conflict detector.
I know I keep repeating myself, but it also wouldn't hurt to clear the sims 4 folder of the stuff that says "Cache" on it and backing up all your tray folders, save files and mods in another folder and then repairing the game. 8 times out of 10 clearing the cache and letting the game repair solves a good bit of the issues.

Hello,
I did a batch fix for disallowing CC for random townies and aliens, and I'm facing the same issue; all of my new generated sims (for instance maid or mailman) are now faceless. Just teeth floating. I tried to put back the files back from the back up made by S4Studio, but it didn't change a thing; would you know how to fix it? I tried to repair the game, I tried to launch the game without any CC, and now event without CC the issue is still happening.
Thank you!

Did you make sure to remove the files that went through the batch fix? And for the likely culprits of this issue (lashes for instance), have you tried just replacing them outright?

what about using something like MC Command and taking the individuals without faces into CAS and trying to randomize their faces with the little randomize button at the center bottom of CAS to remove the glitch?

Hello,
Thank you for your answers! I did remove the files that went into the batch fix; the issue was the No eyelash mod. It was broken when I did the batch fix, but it did not appear in the back up (because it probably wasn't affected by the batch fix, but just being opened with s4s breaks the mod according to the mod creator). I deleted it and downloaded it again. So if anyone else is facing the same issue than me, just make sure to remove the No eyelash mod before running the No CC for random townies! (and probably other skin or eye default replacements, as they could not appear on random sims!)

I am having the same issue, took out no ea eyelash and i stupidly already deleted the batch fix files, now all of my random sims are faceless ... its annoying. i found a mod that helps replace all random sims with sims you create or dl from the gallery... but i have to download soooo many sims for them to not be randomly generated. would appreciate help as well.
